Alexander Gylemo

As a Game Designer and Producer, I specialise in combining gameplay sensibilities with structured, people-focused production

I’m a curious developer who thrives on pushing teams forward and shaping how games feel through mechanics, visuals, and sound working together seamlessly. I create workflows that keep teams aligned and turn creative ambition into deliverable results.

Over ten years as a project lead and growth manager taught me how to guide and support colleagues and stay accountable. My time as a musician, DJ, and actor sharpened my sense of driving emotion, which I now channel both into creating impactful gameplay and boosting my team to success.
